So without further ado, let's get down to them:

1. Bangalore Fort
The most treasured and important places to visit in the city is the Bangalore Fort with dates back to 1537, which was built by Kempe Gowda I as a mud fort. It extended over a one-mile perimeter with nine large gates. When Hyder Ali took control in 1761, he reinforced the location with stones. While a lot of this structure is no longer present, the Delhi Gate of the fort is still in a well-preserved condition.

2. Mayo Hall
The hall was built in honor of the 4th Viceroy of India, Lord Mayo and dates back to 1883. It provides a panoramic view of the Bangalore Race Course and the Brigade Grounds on one side, and Ulsoor Lake as well as Parade Grounds on the other.

3. Attara Kacheri
As the name suggests, Attara Kacheri means eighteen departments and stands opposite to the Vidhan Sabha. It also has a museum on the ground floor that takes you on a journey of the court through artifacts.

4. Seshadri Iyer Memorial Hall
Dedicated to Sir K. Seshadri Iyer, the Dewan of Mysore between 1883 and 1901, the Seshadri Iyer Memorial Hall is the perfect place for a bibliophile. It has 2.65 lakh books and has a braille section as well. It is spread across an area of 300 sq. m. and is a readers paradise.

5. Lal Bagh
Now before you start thinking that how does this park have any historical value, let us confirm that it has huge importance in Bangalore's history. The 240-acre botanical garden was commissioned by Hyder Ali who wanted it to be like the Mughal Gardens. The key attraction is the glass house that dates back to 1889, and the Lalbagh Rock is amongst the oldest rock formations on earth's surface which dates back to 3000 million years.
